What You will be responsible for:

  • Submit items requiring Contract Amendment/Adjustment to Customer Accounts to the Contacts department.
  • Schedule, quote, and discuss repair services with customers and technicians, and provide customer updates via phone and in-person
  • Research and maintain month-end open tickets needed to process invoices
  • Coordinate and dispatch service technicians; communicating with customers and technicians until satisfactory job completion
  • Open, process, and close work orders and update applicable systems with service history.
  • Process and respond to scheduling requests from customers, technicians, engineers, and site visits and repair services for managers.
  • Maintain time & material parts process and communicate to the customer when parts have been ordered and received, as needed.
  • Complete other various duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Three (3) years experience in service industry scheduling or dispatching in the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or automotive environment preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, concentrating on Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Capable of managing time properly and efficiently and self-starting.
  • Ability to prioritize, adapt, and remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check required.
  • Passion for helping others. Present a professional, positive, and helpful attitude always.
